Questions before you order
What is the minimum order for Singapore?
The minimum shipment is 100 kg for the whole order. Varieties and colors can be combined, subject to availability and packing. A bunch count alone does not establish shipment weight.
Is CNY 16.5/kg an all-in delivered price?
No. It is the reference base air freight for the 100 kg tier. Flowers and the separately listed handling, cold storage, declaration, Singapore clearance and local delivery charges must be included when comparing the complete quotation.
What is the rate for 200 kg or 501–999 kg?
Please request a quote. The confirmed reference tiers are 100 kg, 300–500 kg and 1000 kg. We do not apply an unstated rate to other shipment weights.
How frequently can flowers be dispatched?
Air dispatch is available daily. Local delivery can be arranged Monday through Sunday. Confirm the flight and delivery plan for your requested arrival date before ordering.
Does clearance service mean I need no documents?
We arrange the route with our logistics partners, including export/import clearance, tax and door delivery. We still confirm consignee information, shipment documents and any information required from the buyer before dispatch.
